SF-36 – 36 QUESTIONS REGARDING STATE OF HEALTH
SF-36 – behind this somewhat unwieldy name lies a comprehensive state-of-health questionnaire which was either sent to you or given to you upon admission. In 36 targeted questions it determines your health-related quality of life. All patients fill out this questionnaire before and six months after treatment in EuromedClinic. The evaluation of this questionnaire allows us to observe or – if necessary – to correct the course of your therapy over time. In this way the everyday success of your treatment is not just measurable, but secure in the long-term as well!
