Medical treatment of all signs of wear of the locomotor system with the focus on minimal-invasive operation techniques. The aim of the treatment is to avoid a joint prosthesis and therefore provide the patient with an endoprosthetic hip and joint ankle prosthesis, especially when it comes to surgical implants of navigated knee endoprosthesis and hip resurfacing implants after McMinn (cap prosthesis).
