As a managing partner I am – together with Dr. Ritter von Kempski – responsible for the overall success of the EuromedClinic. The definition of the long-term targets
and how to fulfil them is perhaps the most challenging task. No strategy without implementation: the steady coordination with our doctors, contact with politicians and sponsors, the leading of the management team, the establishment of cost-effective and efficient management and organization structures for the whole EuromedClinic as well as the broadening of our medical treatment by recruiting exceptional medical doctors are all essential issues for the success of EuromedClinic and demands a great deal of time.
