Responsibility
As a Business Administration Manager I have the responsibility for the organization of our daily business at the EuromedClinic. This includes the accounting of patients, doctors and practices as well as business controlling. The financial reporting, balancing and the organization of the computer systems and applications are also a part of my job. Aside from the personnel administration and procurement management, a special interest of mine is complaint management. To understand it means understanding how we can improve every day.
